An exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to play a key role in the development of Relate NI services for families, couples and individuals.

Relate is at the cutting edge in the development of counselling services for families and they are looking for a skilled practitioner/manager in the field of social work/counselling to take on this challenging job.

The post holder, reporting to the Chief Executive, will be responsible for the counselling services in Relate NI, professional development for counselling staff and working with a senior management team in the development and planning of Relate NI Services.

The post, between 28-35 hours per week will be based in Belfast.

Salary range for the post will be £36,749 to £44,099 pro rata
