How wonderful do you think you would feel if you could have ONE day to yourself to shake off everyday constraints and just ENJOY LIFE and feel your SPIRIT LIFT?
Connections with Caitríona Nic Ghiollaphádraig – a workshop exploring how to find ease in relating with others.
Sometimes it is easy to turn up and dance with another, other times it can be difficult and awkward. Others inspire all sorts of reactions in us: positive ones, negative ones. Sometimes we act out or amplify these feelings, sometimes we try not to notice them – and sometimes, in an effort to stay with our own experience, we avoid others altogether.
All counsellors and health professionals working in clinical practice will experience clients disclosing child sexual abuse (1 Client in 4) and many struggle to work with the issues presented in their therapy room.
Zest for Life Training Programmes will host a 2 day workshop (12 hours CPD) on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th March 2011 at the Belmont Hotel, Banbridge, Co. Down from 9.30am – 4.30pm.
