Belfast Workshop: CORE system training – developing skills in therapy evaluation
CORE IMS are holding a one-day workshop in Belfast on Tuesday 8th June 2010 on how to evaluate your therapy services using the CORE (Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation) system.
The workshop, titled “Using CORE for Professional and Service Development”, is designed to help practitioners, supervisors, trainers and service managers to assess how the CORE System can contribute to their practice and service development. They also provide a useful refresher for newer staff of services already using CORE.
Using a mixture of trainer input and practical exercises the workshop is intended to help participants to introduce routine outcome measures into client work and use them collaboratively with clients. It shows how the wider contextual data captured by the CORE System can help to provide a quality framework for service provision, and how CORE software can provide quality evaluation and benchmarking data to assist outcomes monitoring and service development, as well as being used as part of reflective practice and practitioner CPD.
